FOR CORJL ORDERS: Within minutes of your purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl with your access link. Simply click on the access link, create a new Corjl account and start editing. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it.
If you don’t have access to the email you purchased with, go to http://corjl.com and follow the prompts to access your account.
Returns & Exchanges

The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from Hei Jinny is solely for your own PERSONAL USE and not for republication, distribution, sale or other use. No part of any content, description or template may be reproduced in any form.
The purchase of a template is for ONE-TIME USE ONLY (unless stated otherwise in the listing description). You can edit, save and download your template unlimited times for editing and proofing purposes only. Creating multiple versions for various projects or events is NOT permitted. The template will expire after 90days or 180days(as mentioned in the listing description) from the day of purchase.
Hei Jinny reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms.
PRINT QUALITY
Subtle variations in color and surface textures are rendered differently for each monitor. The colors that appear on your screen may not be exact to your final product, depending on how your monitor is calibrated.
We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized altering of the file and poor print quality or printing errors caused by your printer.
If you are not confident that your home printer will produce the quality desired, we recommend having your file printed at a copy center, online printer or professional print shop.

CAN I TRY THE TEMPLATE BEFORE PURCHASE?
Yes, you may refer to the item details in the specific listing and click on the demo link. All the editing features in the demo will be exactly the same as the purchased version, except you will not be able to save or download the template in the demo.
ARE FONTS INCLUDED?
Yes. The fonts shown in the listing image will automatically appear when you open your template. There is no need to install any fonts. You can also change to any of the fonts available - we offer tons.
WHERE CAN I PRINT?
We offer download options that allow you to print ANYWHERE.
DOWNLOAD OPTIONS:
• PDF - for home printing, copy center or print shop (use the "save paper" option to format multiple templates on 8.5"x11" or A4)
• JPG - for photo lab or print shop

DO YOU HAVE PAPER RECOMMENDATIONS?
We offer download options that allow you to print ANYWHERE!
It's best to print on thick card stock. We recommend 100lb or more. Most home printers will comfortably print on 90 - 110lb card stock.
You can find a nice selection of paper at papersource.com.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATIONS?
Sorry, currently we are not offering any customizations to current designs listed in the shop, or new design requests. Please read the item description carefully and seek any clarification before you purchase.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TEMPLATE?
An email from Corjl is sent to the email address that is associated with your Shopify account - please be sure to check your spam folder if you are unable to locate it.
If you do not have access to this email or unable to locate your Corjl email, you can still access your template by going to Corjl.com and press button "edit a purchased items".
HOW DO I FORMAT MULTIPLE TEMPLATES ON A PAGE?
To format the file with multiple cards on a page, you will need to adjust the settings when downloading the PDF file. First click on the download button in the top left and select PDF. Then make sure you turn on the "show trim marks" and "save paper" options - this will arrange as many templates it can fit on a 8.5"x11 or A4 page.
